My Story
Having graduated with a BSc (Hons) Construction Management degree, Will Cawrey honed his management skills when he in was in charge of successfully building nearly 500 new properties from 2000-2005 for a large building firm.
He realised the potential of a Project Management Service when carrying out substantial extension and renovation work on his own home. Without his construction background it would have been difficult to judge the best places to spend his budget, how long work should take, who is responsible, and when, for the number of different elements that are involved with any building work.
So, Will Cawrey and Co Ltd was formed in 2006 to deliver a complete Project Management Service for all types of building projects; extensions, new builds and renovations.
The company has grown simply through word of mouth and client recommendations. Happy clients are what drives his business and Will is only happy if the clients are. By really enjoying what he does, and with many years of experience and a trusted team of skilled tradesmen, Will always pursues the best outcome for his clients.

Lucy Griffiths, Office Manager
The Office Manager represents the central hub of all things at Will Cawrey & Co Ltd and Lucy’s involvement will span most aspects of a given project.
Building relationships is important. From joining the Company Director to meet new clients and arranging the site visits with contractors to provide their quotes, to building a rapport with suppliers and managing the buying process, ensuring that materials are purchased at the most competitive rates and of the highest quality. All of which has to be within budget.
Lucy will assist in preparing the contract along with the work schedule budget. She works closely with the accountant in the preparation of company accounts as well as compiling and delivering invoices.
You will be in Lucy and Will’s safe hands right to the end of the project when they manage the snagging process, ensuring that the contractors deal with their allocated snags in a timely manner.
Site Manager
Our experienced onsite foreman oversees the day to day running of the building site, which includes deliveries, quality, progression, sequencing, measurements, coordination of contractors, materials management, parking and liaising with the neighbours.
It is a pivotal role that requires great communication skills to ensure the high standard of service delivery that is demanded by Will Cawrey & Co.
